Tchabe has established a Beth Din Tzedek, Rabbinical Court, which operates for the settlement of both monetary, social and marital disputes. Cases appearing before the court are dealt with sensitivity and in accordance with Jewish Law. Eligible scholars of the Kollel Harabbonim intern with the court Dayanim to gain first-hand experience in Rabbinical Court.
